French Open Odds: Surge In Bets For Novak Djokovic

Novak Djokovic has nicely filled the void as tennis bad boy left due to Nick Kyrgios absence from the game. The Serbian made all the headlines at the US Open following his disqualification after hitting a line judge in the neck with a ball. Despite Novak’s image taking a dent, online bettors are still keen to wager their money on the world number one.

Unsurprisingly, online bookmakers made Nadal the French Open betting favourite going into the event. Rafael Nadal’s French Open odds suggest he has a 47.6% chance of winning another title. 

Nadal was also the popular betting pick for many online bettors leading into the event, however, the tides have turned, and now Novak’s accounting for the majority of wagers at the French Open. The French Open odds have Djokovic as the second-favourite behind Nadal, and imply he has a 25% chance of winning.
